In this video series we are going to be teaching you the "basics" of home workouts. Typically, home workouts aren’t for everyone but in some cases, they can prove beneficial in ensuring you continue to exercise even when you don’t have access to the gym, such as when you are on holiday or in times similar to the recent lockdown we have experienced.
